Processing Time
Orders are processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information, if applicable.
Shipping Rates
Flat Rate Shipping $9.95.
Free Freight on orders over $99.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. You will be able to use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
